WINNER OF THE BEST PITCH AWARD AT MIPDOC: “THE LAST DAYS OF KABUL”

LOOKSfilm CEO Gunnar Dedio pitched the documentary series “LAST DAYS OF KABUL” at mipdoc in Cannes. “KABUL”  was granted the MIPDOC PITCH Award.

About the project:

With unprecedented access to former Afghan President Ashraf Ghani, the series revisits the last 100 days of Kabul before its fall to the Taliban in 2021. Through personal stories and flashbacks to 20 years of war, we understand the causes and the impact of a global failure.
