Jenseits des Mythos zeigt dieser Zweiteiler die Ostpreu\u00dfen und ihre Eigenheiten; ihre zwiesp\u00e4ltige Bindung zu Deutschland, ihren fatalen Pakt mit Hitler, ihr Schwanken zwischen Blendung und Ahnung. Denn das ferne Ostpreu\u00dfen stand an vorderster Front: Aufmarschgebiet f\u00fcr Feldz\u00fcge, Standort des F\u00fchrerhauptquartiers, Einfallstor der Roten Armee, Brennpunkt von Flucht und Vertreibung.<\/p>\n<p>Die zweiteilige Dokumentation erz\u00e4hlt die Geschichte der Jahre 1933 \u2013 1952.
